This agreement describes the Terms and Conditions of the services provided by FLORE LATAM SAS DE CV (“FLORE”) for the acquisition of floral arrangements and gifts through its digital platform.
By using our services, Users acknowledge and accept that these Terms and Conditions are mandatory and binding.
Delivery Slots and Schedules
To ensure service excellence, FLORE operates under the following user-selectable time slots:
- Morning: 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
- Afternoon: 02:00 PM to 06:00 PM.
- Evening: 06:00 PM to 09:00 PM (Subject to special fees).
- Express Delivery: Priority delivery within 3 to 4 hours from payment confirmation.
The courier will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes at the delivery address. If delivery is not possible, our rescheduling policy will apply.
Refund and Return Policy
At FLORE, we are committed to your satisfaction. When a refund request is approved, the following terms apply:
Processing Time: Once the refund is approved by our administrative department, the amount will be returned to the original payment method. The maximum time for the refund to be reflected in the customer's account is 30 business days, depending on the banking institution or card issuer.
For perishable products (flowers), any quality-related complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement or refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, arrangement designs, and trademarks on the platform are the exclusive property of FLORE LATAM SAS DE CV and are protected by international copyright laws.
Applicable Jurisdiction
For the interpretation and fulfillment of this agreement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico City or the State of Sinaloa.
