How to delete your data?
In accordance with Meta policies and data protection laws, at Flore® we provide a simple mechanism for you to request the deletion of your account and any personal information associated with your profile.
Retention Policy:
Upon confirming the deletion, you will lose access to your **Pink Points®**, order history, and saved addresses. This action is irreversible for security reasons.
Deletion effect
We process deletion requests within a maximum of 72 business hours. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete.
